How to use it?? Here are some practical tips for first time users:

① To set up, you should instill the battery to Boulder, and connect Boulder with the propane tank.

② Twist the switch on Boulder, and it usually takes 4-5 minutes to heat up.

③ Check the temperature, 1500 degree Fahrenheit and above is fine for your to cook.

④ Slip the steak into Boulder, wait about 2 minutes, and then flip the steak and grill other side 2 minutes. Normally in this way the steak is cooked medium rare, so according to your habit, the time is flexible.

⑤ Place a pan in the bottle of Boulder in order to catch the drippings and flavors of the steak as well as melt the butter.
